The goal of the Tupler Technique® is to heal the weakened connective tissue that joins your outermost abdominal muscles using the following 4 steps:

  • The Tupler Technique® seated and back-lying exercises
  • Splinting the separated muscles
  • Strengthening and learning how to use the transverse muscle
  • Getting up and down correctly
HOW TO GET STARTED!

Come in to get a FREE belly check and find out if you have a diastasis!! This takes about 15 to 20 minutes. If you have one, we will give you the measurements of your diastasis and discuss the program if you are interested in repairing it. The office is located at South Bay Wellness in Sayville, NY.

There are a few ways to approach the program:

  • 18 Week Individual Intensive (in person or Skype)
  • Single session (in person or Skype)
  • Invest in a “do it yourself” package
  • Group sessions
PROGRAM OPTIONS:

18 Week Intensive

The 18 week intensive is the most effective program approach. Sessions can be held online or in person.
